Beading Around A Rivoli
Beading around a Rivoli is the perfect class for anyone interested in bead embroidery. Starting with the backstitch and peyote stitch, students will learn the basic elements used in sewing beads onto a foundation, around a rivoli, to create bead embroidered jewelry. Also explored in the class are the stop stitch, picot edge stitch, and brick stitch edge. Included in the kit are all the components needed to complete a simple rivoli pin or pendant. Students may choose from a variety of kits, color and contents of kits vary. Tools used during the class will be provided by instructor. Students should bring lighting and magnification if needed.
